This course is custom created for the needs of real estate professionals to be more aware of their options for their personal safety when conducting open houses, or meeting clients and potential clients on-site to view property.
This is NOT a firearms course, this course shows everyone what they can practically do when things don’t feel right with a person or a situation.
We will spend four hours together practically working through the concepts of planning, communication and verbal de-escalation. You will be shown proven and effective real-world methods for flashlights and pepper spray that anyone can have with them in any setting that can help you be the primary agent in your own response. Especially with flashlights, you will discover how powerful of a tool this is when it used with proper training and implementation. This is often the most eye-opening part of the experience for those who attend.
You will receive the same basic training on these tools that we teach to law enforcement, and then we allow you to process your own decisions about what you’re willing to do, and when you’re willing to do it.
